The National Association of Active Investment Managers, Inc. ( "NAAIM" ), at their annual conference, elected Will Hepburn to their Board of Directors.

NAAIM is a professional organization of Registered Investment Advisors, mutual fund companies, and hedge fund managers who use active management of client's assets in their practices. Formed in 1989, NAAIM includes more than 200 member firms nationwide, managing an estimated $14 billion. This trend-setting organization often acts as an incubator, helping develop new investment products and mentoring new investment managers. NAAIM has also played a key role crafting new legislation addressing the mutual fund industry. Will Hepburn, CFP Biographical Sketch

Will Hepburn is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Hepburn Capital Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor in Prescott Arizona and owns the Prescott Center for Adaptive Market Strategies. Over the years he has developed several innovative investment strategies that Adapt to Changing Markets.

Will began his career in the investment business in 1979. He currently advises clients with assets totaling more than 100 million dollars with daily responsibility for managing over $20 million of those assets.

His academic record includes a major in business and economics at Ottawa University where he studied under Dr. Wayne Angell, a former Federal Reserve Board Governor. Will graduated first in his class at the Institute of Computer Technology in Chicago. He has also completed a number of post-graduate level courses with the College for Financial Planning in Denver.

Will is also a college instructor, teaching classes on investments and estate planning at Yavapai College, in Prescott for 14 years. His articles on financial topics have been published in newspapers and newsletters nationally and his ideas have been published in best selling books and leading investment newsletters across the country.

Among his many community activities, Will is a member of the Industrial Development Authority for the City of Prescott, served on the board of the Yavapai County Community Foundation, established the endowment fund at the Lloyd Rowe Adult Center in Prescott, and is past president of his church board. Will lives in Prescott with his wife Cathleen and son Matthew.
